New Hampshire hearing on Concord casino further delayed

The conflict between New Hampshire officials and a casino owner has caused a postponement of a court hearing. Due to scheduling conflicts, the hearing was rescheduled until next Friday. A prior delay was granted a few weeks ago.

Trying to block the New Hampshire Lottery Commission's attempt to revoke his license to run an already-existing charitable casino is the former state senator from New Hampshire. Within Concord's The Draft Sports Bar and Grill lies a facility known as the Concord Casino.

The injunction that his attorneys are requesting would allow his side additional time to be ready to present their case to the commission. As per news reports, they intend to carry out an audit, find witnesses, and go over expected papers.
