New Jersey orders Bet365 to pay bettors over $500,000 after changes in odds

After discovering that the sportsbook had been altering the odds offered on events for the past two years without informing the Department of Gaming Enforcement, the New Jersey Department of Gaming Enforcement ordered bet365 to reimburse more than half a million dollars to in-state bettors.

In relation to 199 winning bets made by New Jersey sports betting customers at their original posted odds rather than the corrected odds, the Department of Gaming Enforcement directed bet365 to pay $519,323.32.
