New Jersey Supreme Court rejects casino smoking plea

Plaintiffs contesting the state's continued permit of smoking inside Atlantic City casinos filed an emergency relief request, but the New Jersey Supreme Court denied it.

The 2006 Smoke-Free Air Act's exemptions for tobacco use inside casinos and parimutuel wagering establishments were challenged in court, and the state's highest court decided that the case "shall proceed in the ordinary course."

In my opinion they are bound to give this decision as when you are working in a company that is an casino they always have all the rules in their favor so practically and literally you have no chances of winning a case at all indeed actually
