At the Speaking Rock Casino in El Paso, Texas, a man from New Mexico says he happened to stumble upon 900 fentanyl pills next to a slot machine and pocketed them for protection.
Tribal police apprehended the suspect inside the casino subsequent to a detection dog alerting them to the possible presence of drugs in a car parked in the casino lot. Upon closer examination of the gray car, a pistol under the seat and what looked to be drugs in the passenger area were discovered.
