The Brazilian Institute of Responsible Gaming was founded by nine operators in order to contribute to the growth of the Brazilian gambling market. Bet365, Flutter, Entain, Betsson Group, Betway Group, Yolo Group, Netbet Group, KTO Group, and Rei do Pitaco are among the founding operators. The nine companies have banded together to create a 'fair and sustainable' gambling market in Brazil. The Brazilian Federal Government intends to regulate sports betting through legislation later in 2023, which will benefit the Brazilian gambling industry.
