A recent survey about the proposed construction of a casino in the district was conducted, and the results have been released by the No Times Square Casino Coalition. This coalition commissioned Tulchin Research to survey 400 registered voters who reside in and around Times Square for the study.
71% of respondents said they were against a casino in Times Square, according to the results. Of the respondents, 6% said they were unsure of their stance on the proposed casino.
