Noah Shannon, who acknowledges involvement but is not prosecuted in the gambling case, will challenge Iowa's decision to suspend him.

Iowa football player known as Noah Shannon, who has openly accepted his participation in sports gambling, has received a suspension for the entire season, as stated by coach Kirk Ferentz on Wednesday. Ferentz informed the press in Iowa City that the university intends to challenge the decision made by the NCAA. Despite not currently facing any charges in the ongoing criminal inquiry into illegal sports betting among college athletes in the state, Shannon stated on August eleventh that he had fully cooperated with the NCAA and provided them with relevant information.
