Norway's Conservative party joins call for end to gambling monopoly

The country's gambling monopoly should be ended, according to the Conservative party of Norway's most recent party manifesto. The trade association for gambling thinks that with this backing, the market may liberalize by 2028.

As Finland liberalized its online gambling market in July, Norway—the last nation in Scandinavia to retain a gambling monopoly—saw a surge in political support for new gambling laws.

Each and every other party have different slogans and the aims when they are going to the elections and they always try to fulfill what they want actually they dont acre about other things truely indeed being honest

This development reflects a shift towards liberalizing Norway's gambling market, potentially leading to increased competition, better services, and enhanced consumer protection. However, it also raises concerns about responsible gambling and the potential for increased problem gambling rates.
