Notingham casino theft suspect arrested at airport

While attempting to flee the country, a man suspected of stealing £85,000 from a casino in Nottingham was apprehended.
When it was discovered that money was missing from a safe at Alea Casino on Upper Parliament Street, police opened an inquiry. As he attempted to board a flight to Turkey, a 39-year-old man was detained by Border Force agents at Belfast International Airport.

According to authorities, he was taken into custody on suspicion of stealing and then released on bond in exchange for turning in his passport.
