Ohio pushes for iGaming legislation with new bill

The senator from Ohio wants to ensure that Ohio becomes the eighth state in the US to legalize online casino gaming.

His 146-page bill, which was introduced on September 4th, was intended only to legalize online gaming in the state. The Ohio Casino Control Commission would oversee the establishment of an online casino regulatory framework under the terms of the bill.

The bill would allow each of the 11 casinos and racinos that are presently operating in Ohio to offer one online casino product.
