Emerald Bay, a project in Cebu that has reached a standstill, will no longer be pursued for acquisition, according to the parent company of Okada Manila in Entertainment City, the Philippines.
According to a statement released by Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment, Inc., it has notified PH Resorts Group that it is abandoning its acquisition plans for the integrated casino resort in Cebu. Representatives for Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment, Inc. stated that the tentative takeover deal that was reached in December is now officially off the table.
