Oklahoma casino lot shooting which saved police officer was declared justified

The November killing of the driver by the man who rescued an Oklahoma Tribal police officer being dragged through a casino parking lot was justifiable.
According to the Osage County District Attorney, the citizen who shot the suspect on November 21 at Bartlesville's Osage Hotel and Casino did not break any laws.

According to reports, the individual saved the officer's life by firing a single shot into the criminal's neck. That happened while the officer was clinging to the moving truck's open door.
