OpenBet and IMG Arena parent company Endeavor will go private in a $13 billion deal

Endeavor Group Holdings, a prominent talent and entertainment agency, is set to become a private entity in 2025 through a $13 billion deal with Silver Lake.

Majority-owned by Silver Lake, the agreement involves a cash payout of $27.50 per share to stockholders.

This move excludes TKO Group, while merging OpenBet and IMG Arena. Another significant privatization deal involves Nuvei $6.3 billion acquisition by Advent International.

This is everyday big deal which actually both of the companies will go through indeed the company who is selling their share in the market at such a good price and definitely try to launch their business from a new mind set properly or they can actually still hold their shares and can make passive income in the form of dividends as well from the market
