Operators in Bulgaria who have self-excluded employees risk fines

Self-excluded individuals are not permitted to work for casino enterprises, according to the NRA, the country's government agency in charge of gaming regulation.

People who are included on the nation's recently implemented self-exclusion record are not permitted to work for casino companies, claims the NRA. According to the NRA, employers must also abide by a certain standard set in Bulgaria's gaming rules.

Gambling businesses who disobey this regulation and hire self-excluded individuals run the danger of being fined between 5,000 and twenty thousand Bulgarian leva (about $2,800 and $11,250).
