Opponent announcements that indicate strength when you hold 22

When facing opponents' initial raises and re-raises at the table with my weak 22 pair, how do their choice of words reveal strength in their holding? Do aggressive statements like "I'm all-in" signal a strong made hand worth folding to, while tentative raises mean a bluff I can call? While experience and observation help, stray announcements sometimes mislead. Are there reliable verbal tells I should listen for that reveal an opponent's true holding strength when I stare down my poor twins?
