In order to oppose Related Companies and Wynn Resorts' plans for a casino at Hudson Yards, Friends of the High Line has announced that it will organize supporters. According to the nonprofit's executive director, the 200-foot skyscraper that is being considered for the western end of the High Line would obstruct views and resemble stacked Costco warehouses.
