Owner of a lottery shop receives $1 million after selling a $2 billion winning ticket

A record-breaking lottery prize has been won in California, making someone $US2.04 billion richer, but the lottery ticket seller also has a million reasons to rejoice.
The neighborhood of Altadena, located northeast of Los Angeles in the mountains, sold the winning ticket.
Additionally, business owner Joe Chahayed will receive the full $1 million Powerball prize for selling the winning ticket.

I supported the motion. Granted that the payment would be extended toward certain years, but the taxes should be reviewed such that it would be lenient.
