Paraguay partially approves bill to enforce gambling reforms

After a bill was partially approved yesterday, Paraguay has taken a step toward reforming its gambling regulations, which would include breaking the monopoly in the market.

The new bill will liberalize the current law's provision that "exploitation of national games of chance will be carried out exclusively by public tender."
