The owner of Parimatch has transferred her majority stake in the Parimatch Group to a fellow owner.
According to people familiar with the deal, the co-owner has also acquired other minority shareholders and will take over as the new owner of Parimatch Group. The previous owner will resign from all official positions with the business in order to pursue opportunities outside of the iGaming sector.
