Pele: The Amazing Career of the Football King Who Never Played in Europe.

Edson Arantes do Nascimento, better known as Pele, a legend of Brazilian football, died at age 82 after a protracted battle with colon cancer. Pele, also known by his nick name O Rei (The King), had a distinguished football career that lasted more than two decades. Many people think he is the best player to ever play the game.

Pele never played club football despite the revered honors bestowed upon him. In his illustrious career, Pele only played for Santos in his home Brazil and the American team New York Cosmos.

He never played in European clubs during his life time yet, he achieved more than those that had played. He was known as Pele and widely acknowledged as the king of the football. His entire life was a lesson to us all.
