The numbers for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board's July 2023 gaming income, which includes casino games, gambling on sports, fantasy sports, and video gaming terminals, have been made public.
The overall gaming income in Pennsylvania for the whole state came to $467 million, an increase of 9% from the previous year.When the various types of gambling are split down, sports wagering in the state witnessed the biggest change from the previous year, with $35.4m representing a 48% rise.
$338.5 million was wagered on sports in total, a steady growth of one percent from July 2022.
