Pennsylvania casino fined for allowing underage gamblers on premises

Due to Wind Creek Bethlehem's inability to stop numerous players from entering the casino illegally, the state regulator of gaming, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, fined the establishment $125,000.

November 2021 through September 2023 is the time frame for which the incidents have been reported. However, the casino is not solely to blame; minors have also suffered consequences for their deeds. A few guests received permanent bans from the venue, while others received warnings from the state police.
