Pennsylvania casino workers want casino loophole closed

On Wednesday, Pennsylvania casino employees testified before lawmakers in Harrisburg that the state's continued approval of indoor smoking in specific areas of the gaming floors was endangering their health. According to the smoking law, casinos may designate up to fifty percent of their gaming area as indoor smoking areas. Only two of Pennsylvania's 18 casinos—Parx and its satellite location, Parx Casino Shippensburg—offer completely smoke-free gaming areas.
