Pennsylvania casinos experiencing decrease in number of neglected children cases

Children being left unattended inside automobiles outside Pennsylvania casinos is still a problem, but the situation is getting better, according to state officials. This week, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board reported four more instances of kids being left in cars outside casinos. Four individuals were included on the state's Involuntary Exclusion List, according to a statement, for leaving kids in their cars while they gambled. The board revealed that a man and female were put on the blacklist for abandoning a nine-year-old in an automobile in the Wind Creek Bethlehem parking garage. While the child was in the car, the couple was caught on camera gambling for more than 90 minutes.
