Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board issues over $73,000 in fines

The fines were as follows: a $20,000 fee for granting access to the gaming floor and gambling to anyone on the Casino Self-Exclusion List, and an extra $10,000 fine for allowing someone under the legal gambling age of 21 to enter the gaming floor and use the slot machines.

A $18,075 fine was also imposed on Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment, the company that runs Bucks County's Parx Casino. The company's inability to timely submit two applications for license renewal was the cause of this.

I think Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has issued over $73,000 in fines to two casinos for various violations. Lady Luck Casino Nemacolin was fined $60,000 for six incidents of permitting access to the gaming floor by individuals who had voluntarily placed themselves on the self-exclusion list, as well as promoting and advertising gifts and prizes
