The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has approved consent agreements that impose a total fine of $70,000 on two operators of video gaming terminals. The penalty follows a failure to ensure that a Board-credentialed employee was present at the gaming sites when the machines were in operation. These establishments are required to have proper oversight to comply with state regulations.
