Pennsylvania regulator issues fines totaling almost $300,000

The gambling regulator in Pennsylvania has fined two operators nearly $300,000.
While an 11-year-old girl played at ten different slot machines, an 18-year-old man played at two, and a 13-year-old girl gambled at slot machines alongside her mother.

The first fine imposed on Mount Airy is therefore $160,000. Mount Airy LLC's failure to timely file thirty-two corporate or individual renewal applications was the reason for its second fine.

I think Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has issued fines totaling almost $300,000 to two casinos for various violations. Valley Forge Casino Resort was fined $132,500 for allowing a person who had self-excluded from gambling at the casino to continue playing, improperly awarding free slot play, and allowing a minor to access the gaming floor.
