Pennsylvania Super Bowl bets are down 15% year on year.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board said $71.5m was bet on the Super Bowl, a 15% drop from 2023. Revenue is expected to be $11.06m, down from $29.72m last year.

It was the sixth year of legal sports betting in the state for the Super Bowl and the fourth year for online betting.

There are 18 retail locations and 12 online sites. Over 875,000 active online betting accounts were reported, with 13.6m geolocation checks conducted.
