The kaw suit filed against jc penrod who lost funds of hs trust company in a gambling based casino , he said and talked with the plaintiffs and proposed a return plan of $2million per year for having profits from his law firm , but the plaintiffs want $5.25 million in damages for the breach of trust from jc penrod who filed revocation for disciplinary action in higher supreme court , no action has been taken , no decision made in the case by yet , plaintiffs waiting for their loss to be fulfilled

It is indeed a concerning situation that JC Penrod is facing a lawsuit for allegedly mishandling funds from a trust company in a gambling-related casino. The fact that he offered a return plan of $2 million per year from his law firm profits shows some willingness to rectify the situation, but it seems like the plaintiffs are not satisfied with this proposal.

The demand from the plaintiffs for $5.25 million in damages indicates the extent of the breach of trust that they feel has occurred in this case. It appears that the situation has escalated to the point where a revocation for disciplinary action has been filed by JC Penrod in the higher supreme court, but no action has been taken yet. It is understandable that the plaintiffs are eager to see their losses fulfilled and are likely feeling frustrated by the lack of progress in the case.

It will be interesting to see how this legal battle unfolds and whether any decision will be made soon to address the claims made by the plaintiffs against JC Penrod. Trust and integrity are crucial in financial matters, especially when dealing with funds from a trust company, so it is important that this situation is resolved fairly and justly for all parties involved.

that is correct they are wanting to have too much but it all depends on the supreme court decision what they feel about the matter a compensation of $2million should be the fair price in this case actually indeed
