Penta considers selling the Fortuna gaming chain.

Penta Investments, a group that invests money, is thinking about selling its gambling company called Fortuna Entertainment Group.

They are getting advice from JPMorgan and might sell Fortuna for up to €2bn. This decision comes after changes in gambling laws in the UK and Ireland.

Penta hopes to attract big gambling companies to buy Fortuna. Fortuna started in Czechia but now operates in Poland, Croatia, and Romania.

The gambling rules have definitely changed in the UK and the Scotland in the past years firstly they were pretty smooth for most of the people and the companies as well but now they are much strict and that is why most of the companies do not want to take any risk and they are actually thinking of selling their business and setting up in any other area where they are easier rules for them to follow and implement for their business
