Playgon Games stops Las Vegas gambling shows

Playgon Games ceased broadcasting live gaming shows on Friday in response to a directive from the Nevada Gaming Control Board to restrict the content that was created in the company's Las Vegas studio.

According to a July 18 letter from the Nevada Gaming Control Board, the Canadian-based company was informed that the allegedly illegal programs had to end by Friday afternoon.

The company said on Friday that it would end the shows immediately and that it has started searching for a new venue to host its shows from.
