PlayStar teams up with Enteractive for reactivation campaign

Enteractive and PlayStar have announced their partnership. Through the implementation of reactivation campaigns aimed at reclaiming players from dormant accounts within its sports betting brand, the partnership seeks to enhance PlayStar's customer relationship management efforts.

Enteractive will take the lead on PlayStar's activation projects, with a particular emphasis on reactivating players who have fallen out of play and activating registered but unfunded player accounts.

With over 8.1 million players engaged in the last year, Enteractive has a proven track record of generating over $63.8m for global operators.
