Playtech accused of egregious shareholder value expropriation

The bonuses that senior executives will receive after Snaitech is sold to Flutter Entertainment have been accused of being "the most egregious case of shareholder value expropriation in the history of UK public markets" by Playtech.

With an accelerated growth plan and a wide range of strategic ventures, Playtech said it will be concentrating on its "technology-led offering in high-growth gambling markets" after agreeing to sell Snaitech to Flutter last month for a cash consideration of €2.3 billion.
