Playtech faces shareholder backlash over $100million bonus for executives

A $110 million bonus plan for Playtech's senior executives, which includes the CEO, has drawn criticism from certain of the company's shareholders.
The bonuses come after Snaitech, the company's Italian sports betting and gaming division, was sold to Flutter Entertainment for $2.3 billion.

The CEO would stand to gain the most from this bonus plan, which was announced the same day the sale occurred, though Playtech has not yet made public the precise amount he could get.
