Caliplay, a Caliente subsidiary, and Playtech have announced a new strategic partnership. The revised terms of the agreement state that Playtech will own 30.8% of the equity in Cali Interactive, which will be the US-incorporated holding company for the Caliplay Group.
According to the terms of the deal, Playtech will also be entitled to dividends along with other shareholders and the ability to choose a director for Cali Interactive's board.
