Playtech seeks declaration from English law over Caliplay disagreement

Caliplay, according to Playtech, is still a valued partner and customer and is a "very successful and quickly expanding company" in spite of the conflict.

The dispute concerns whether Caliplay has the right to redeem an extra services fee of the parties' agreement, and Playtech observes that a declaration is being sought to clarify matters for both parties.

This extra choice was set up so that it would either be decided by both parties or, in the event that neither could agree, by a separate investment bank.

According to Playtech, Caliplay remains a valued partner and is described as a "very successful and quickly expanding company," despite the ongoing dispute. The conflict revolves around whether Caliplay is entitled to redeem an additional services fee as per their agreement. This matter is set to be resolved either through mutual agreement between the parties or, if that is not possible, by a separate investment bank's decision.
