Poker Ambassadors

It seems we got ourselves a high roller lookin' to add some extra flash to his game. Poker ambassadors, eh? I can appreciate the desire to spread the gospel of the felt according to the Church of Cards, but them diplomats don't know the first thing about draw poker and the angles. This here game is rough, unforgiving, built on bluffs and tells - it ain't meant for handshakes and niceties.

Them politicians want to tout Texas hold 'em as a peacemaker, but the only peace around a poker table is what you can bluff outta your opponent. We don't need no ambassadors mucking up the game with their pleasantries and rhetoric. The heart wants what the heart wants at the poker table, and that's either money, misery or the odd fully clothed nap. Ambassadors should stick to the diplomatic corps - we got enough politics at the table as it is! The game don't need no starry-eyed do-gooders. It just needs cards, chips, and competitors.
