Poker’s meant to be enjoyed at any level, win or hobby. How deep ya choose to dive in is up to ya.
Some folks play just for fun and fellowship with friends, tossing in a few bucks. Nothing wrong with that, as long as the cards keep spinning.
But for a hungry player with fire in their eyes, poker’s a sport meant to be conquered. When you got skills, discipline and the desire to build that stack, a chance at victory is all ya chase.
Me, I play to win. Every hand, every match, every tournament. I play to win big. But even when I lose, which is plenty, I stay because I love this game. The winning will come and go, but the thrill of competition? That’s forever.
So you keep at it for the hobby or slam all-in for the win. As long as there’s action, it’s a life worth livin’ either way!
