PokerStars is pleased to announce that it has become an affiliate member of the Portuguese Online Betting and Gambling Association (APAJO). Since its founding in 2018, APAJO has spoken on behalf of businesses and members in talks including regulator, legislative, and governmental issues. A Responsible Gambling Manual was also created by the group, and it contains many more recommendations than are required by law. Due to the fact that PokerStars is a part of Flutter Entertainment, this action fits nicely with the parent firm's plan to enter more tightly scrutinized markets.
