Approximately $49,000 worth of assets were seized and nearly 130 individuals were placed under arrest during a raid on a gambling den in Muang district on Thursday night.
Police detained seven alleged operators and 120 suspected gamblers during the raid. They also took $28,640 in cash and some gambling-related items. Within a white Toyota Fortuner, $21,360 in cash and seven cell phones were also found. Every item found was brought to Muang police so that legal action could be taken.
