Yesterday, police detained 46 people, among them an Indonesian woman who may have been involved in illicit public lottery operations and internet gambling in the state. Investigators are also looking into the operation of gambling machines, which carries a maximum five-year jail sentence and a fine of not less than $21,000 nor more than $210,000 for each machine seized.
