Eleven people were taken into custody by the police last night for gambling at the Hotel Vienna in India.
Based on information that a well-known person was gambling in hotel room 612, a police team from the District Police Complex in Kathmandu and the Lainchaur Police Circle apprehended them.
Four gambling books and a sizable sum of money, $16,390 in cash, were discovered with the arrested people.
