Police seek public support in knifepoint robbery at Betfred bookmaker

Following a knifepoint robbery of a bookmaker in Nottinghamshire, police are looking into the incident.

About 9:30 BST on Saturday, a man entered Betfred, according to Nottinghamshire Police.

He gave a staff member a punch to the face and brandished a knife to demand money.

The force is requesting that anyone who may have seen the incident get in contact.

The victim's eye and lip were bruised and swollen.
