Potential losses I expose myself to by playing slots for 3+ hours daily

Is three or more hours of slot play per day too much gambling exposure? I have found that slots can be very addicting and the longer I play, the higher potential losses accumulate. Does the convenience and instant access/action of online slots promote unwanted habits and financial risks ? I believe responsible gambling involves limiting daily play time to minimize losses beyond what one can comfortably afford. What do you think?
