Q-Ball is a type of lowball game in poker, designed by Michael Wiesenberg. It incorporates different variations of the game, such as "Jacks back" and Badugi, where players aim to make the lowest possible hand instead of the highest. Q-Ball is played with one joker that acts as a wild card, and hands are ranked according to traditional lowball rankings, with the best possible hand being 2-3-4-5-7 of mixed suits. The game can be played with two or three draw phases, and it is generally played with antes rather than blinds.

In games such as Seven-Card Stud In Hi-Lo, the Q ball with the Queen of Spades can be a crucial card because the low hand is frequently established using it as a live card. A low hand in this variation could include the Queen of Spades if it has five unpaired cards that are all eight or lower.
