The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) plans to lower the fees casinos pay on their earnings.

This move aims to attract more investment and encourage illegal casinos to become legal. By reducing these fees, PAGCOR hopes to create a stable and growing gambling industry in the Philippines.
