Red Rock Casino Resort ordered to bargain with staff union to resolve differences

Following the National Labor Relations Board's conclusion that the casino in Las Vegas had broken multiple labor laws prior to the union's 2019 election, the casino was ordered to recognize and engage in collective bargaining with the union that represents its employees.

Following Unite Here's 2018 and 2019 organizing efforts at Red Rock Casino Resort Spa, the board reported that the casino conducted a comprehensive anti-union campaign. By threatening employees and offering them new benefits, the company tried to discourage them from voting for the union.
