The new gaming tavern brand from Red Rock Resorts in Las Vegas has received unanimous approval from the Nevada Gaming Commission. Station Casinos' first Seventy Six Taverns, which will provide gaming, food, and sports viewing on the corner of Centennial and North Lamb, are scheduled to open by the end of September.
