A new bill that has been in the works for fifteen years promises to establish a new gambling regulator the following year, but there may be more than a few obstacles before it becomes law.
A new game Ling Regulator?. For where?. A bill that has continuing to undergo reviews for upto 15 years can't solve the problems of gambling. The gambling market is too complex now.
I don't think the new bill will be passed in this generation. It seems the bill I not favouring the law makers and majority of them might be voting against it every year
