Research on the effects of advertisements on gambling harm will be funded by BetMGM.

The International Center for Ethical Gaming (ICRG) and its ongoing research and teaching projects will be supported by a $180,000 pledge from BetMGM. Studies on online gambling, the effect of advertising on gambling problems, and the ICRG's educational initiatives to increase awareness of the problem throughout the US will all be supported by the award.
Since its founding in 1996, the ICRG has contributed to numerous studies and peer-reviewed scientific articles on the topic of responsible gambling.
 
This is a nice step. This will let the organization know the effect of the gambling especially on the young people who may be influenced by the activities of the betting industry that do regular advertisements.
